About Me

My photo
I'm a nature obsessed artist who lives in an little house in a little vilage in the Highlands of Scotland.I wander around a lot in the wilds and spend time just looking at things like birds and moths and trees and rocks. The rest of the time I'm drawing or painting, making odd things out of old stuff and drinking giant cups of peppermint tea. Imogen Greene is my pen name. I like the way it sounds and it just kind of suits what I do.

Framing decisions

This is yesterday- I spent most of the day measuring and remeasuring for mounts and frames, these are all destined for the exhibition in May plus a few more that I still have to do. Sorry about the quality of the photo, a new camera is on my list but I've just spent all my hard earned cash on frames- lets hope I have some sales.......

Well you have been so busy! These look lovely. Where will the exhibition be? Wish I could pass by and leave a note in your guest book but it is probably far from here...
Glad to see you have found your way to my new sites :)

Beautiful, beautiful. Wondering how many pieces it takes for your exhibition? Hoping you post a photo when it's all hung (oh, and many sales :))

The Exhibition is at the Castle gallery,Inverness, opening on May 5th. It's a lovely space that I'll be sharing with printmaker Fiona Watson. I'm going to have 20 pieces ready for it, maybe a couple extra if I'm on a roll. I'll do a full post about it soon. Thanks for your lovely comments!
